What motivates you to wake up and go to work? My family and my organization success is what motivates me to go to work.  Knowing that my work and responsibility is to bless lives and helping others gives me the sense of encouragement and empowerment to go to work daily.

What do you do at our company? I am the ambassador who advances the organization’s mission and strategic goals. I  focused on helping to grow the organization by building strategic partnerships, developing and executing an organizational strategic plan. Leading key national partnerships, and building and developing boards strategic process. I also identify and address development issues that affect the well-being and efficacy of the organization. Manage the operations development function efficiently, and oversee development activities in coordination with leadership management. Maintain accountability and ensure compliance with all regulations and laws, as well as the code of ethics for fundraising professionals. Work closely with the CEO and governing board to solve complex issue and facilitate short and long term strategic plans.

What's something most people don't know about you? I speaks may different languages which allows me to connect with other individuals.

What would you like to ask our CEO? What are you most proud of regarding Feeding Caribbean organization and what are your most memorable experiences helping others?

How do you define success? The opportunity to make an impact and achieve the ultimate goal of ones vision from inception to completion.

Favorite travel spot? Laie, Hawaii.

Describe what you were like at age 10? As a child, I was described as calm and happy; I had no worries in life. I remembered being very friendly and adventurous. I was viewed as an outgoing and friendly individual.

If you could be anyone from any time period; who would you be and why? Denzel Washington - I like his passion and ideas. He sees failures as opportunity to speed-up not slow-down. He's message encourages me to look at the past and correct the future, don’t look at the past and make the future harder.
